We know buying shoes online can be a bit tricky. So, we're taking the worry out of it. While our shoes fit true to size, if it's not just
right simply exchange it for the next size, free of cost for continental orders. Unfortunately, our streamlined process for receiving exchanges is under development. For now, please initiate a free return
for a pre-paid shipping label. When we receive your item we will issue a full refund. To receive your new item, simply order it on the website (of course with free shipping).
- You may exchange items within 45 days of purchase free of charge (in the continental US). Yep - free return shipping back to us, and free shipping for the new pair out to you!
- For exchanges shipped from outside the continental U.S., initiate your return and note that you are responsible for shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred from the return.
- Products must not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
- Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
- You will receive an email from us when your item has been processed.
- We will issue a full refund to your credit card within 10 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Products purchased through a retailer store or online retailer (Amazon, Gardener's Edge, Gardener's Supply, Zappos, etc) should be returned to them. Please contact their customer service departments if you need assistance.
