Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for recently bought items that are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty) for orders in the continental US.
How the Process Works
  1. Click on this link: initiate a free exchange
  2. Select the items you wish to exchange. Select "exchange" and choose the new item you would like.
  3. Confirm that the items are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty).
  4. Click "Generate Shipping Label"
  5. Print the generated shipping label and package slip.
  6. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the shipping box, and place the packaging slip in the box.
  7. Drop off the package at the nearest Post Office.
  8. Once we receive your shipment, we will send out your new items within 3 business days, and send you an email notification with tracking information.
  9. You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and our shipment back to you on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.
Policies
  • You may exchange items within 45 days of purchase free of charge for orders in the continental US. Yep - free return shipping back to us, and free shipping for the new pair out to you!
  • For exchanges shipped from outside the continental U.S., initiate your exchange and note that you are responsible for shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred from the return.
  • Products must not be damaged, washed, altered or show signs of wear.
  • Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
  • You will receive an email from us when your item has been processed, and another with tracking data when the new item is shipped.
  • You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and our shipment back to you on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.
Note: Products purchased through a retailer store or online retailer need to be exchanged through them. Please contact their customer service departments if you need assistance.
