Do you offer wider widths?

We only have a "medium" width option. If you typically wear a "wide" shoe, we recommend going up a ½ size in your Kujo's for more room.

Do you include two colors of laces?

Yes! Every shoe comes with two sets of laces: a neutral color and an accent color.

What is the arch support like?

The arch support on our insoles is neutral (neither flat nor extra supportive) and pretty standard across the industry. Our insoles are removable, so if you use special inserts for other shoes you could consider that for these.

Are your shoes good for plantar fasciitis?

We have had customers with plantar fasciitis, and many have said they are happy with their Kujo's. Our insoles are removable, so we've also heard from customers who removed our insoles and replaced them with their own custom orthodics.

What shoe is best for me?

The Yard Shoe is our lightest shoe, with a soft toe, and lower profile. It's great for lawn care - for long days, hot sun, lots of miles - when a safety toe isn't necessary. The X1 Landscape Boots have a safety toe and higher profile. As far as boots go, they are astonishingly light. They are great for landscaping/hardscaping or any time more protection is desired.

How can I clean my shoes?

We recommend that you hand-wash your Kujo's with soap, warm water, soft-bristled brush, rag/towel, and let air dry. This ensures the structure of the shoes stays strong. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

What if my shoes are defective?

We offer a 1 year warranty against any factory defects. To start a warranty claim, please email support@kujo.com with your order number and pictures of the defect. We'll take care of you with a replacement pair.

Do you have a loyalty program? What is KUJO PRO?

KUJO PRO is our dead simple loyalty program for our core customers. There are no enrollment forms, expiring points, fake dollars, or hoops to jump through. Customers are automatically added and notified after 4 orders and $400 in spend, and get a lifetime 15% off. It's good for every order you place on kujo.com. Every time. Automatically applied. Do you offer bulk discounts for a crew?

Yes! We do offer discounts on our bulk ordering page. It is a tiered discount structure (the more you order, the bigger the discount). As you type in quantities in the bulk order form, your discount will automatically update.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount for active military and veterans. Please email support@kujo.com a picture of your military ID or DD-214 (with your SSN covered), and we'll get you set up.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, as long as you are in the continental US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. Please be aware that in addition to our shipping charges, carriers charge any applicable duty/tariff fees at the time of delivery, which can further increase the cost of the shipping.

Are exchanges really free?

Yes, we offer free exchanges for recently bought items that are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty) for orders in the continental US.

How do I exchange something?

You can initiate an exchange from the the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page. Find the item and click the exchange button. You'll select the item you want to exchange for, and then download/print a free shipping label and packing slip.

How do I track my exchange?

You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and our shipment back to you on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.

Returns
Are returns really free?

Yes, we offer free returns for recently bought items that are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty) for orders in the continental US.

How do I return something?

You can initiate a return from the the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page. Find the item and click the return button. You can then download/print a free shipping label and packing slip.

How do I track my return?

You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and refund status on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.

How long does it take for the refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your return within 3 business days and submit the refund to your bank. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

Where is Kujo located?

We are a small, family-owned company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina (that is where we design and test our shoes) with some team members in Michigan. Our warehouse is in Ohio (that is where we stock and ship our shoes from). Our shoes are manufactured overseas in China. We work with a very high quality, tier 1 factory, and our manufacturer (based in California) has a team of Quality Control Managers that oversee our production runs.
